UK Standard Delivery: Complimentary Standard Delivery is available on eligible full-price UK orders when Standard Delivery is selected. Gift certificates, taxes and additional shipping/handling charges do not count toward eligibility, and previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery methods: The delivery methods available for your address, and their estimated timings, are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates: Stated delivery times are estimates measured from dispatch. The available delivery methods and any applicable charges are shown before the order is confirmed.

Tracking: A dispatch confirmation email includes tracking information. Order status can also be followed through the customer's account/order history where available.

Delivery responsibility: Responsibility and risk for the goods pass to the customer on delivery to the shipping address provided, as evidenced by the carrier's delivery documentation.

Customers may request a refund for an online purchase within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition.

• Original tags, packaging and relevant accessories should be included.
• Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or showing signs of wear may not qualify for a refund.
• Returns should be sent from the same country specified in the order's shipping address.
• Different orders should not be combined in a single return package when separate return labels/barcodes are issued.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Allow up to 14 business days for the return to arrive and be processed. A confirmation is sent when processing is complete.

Gift cards may be accepted as a payment method where enabled at checkout. Gift returns may be refunded by issuing a virtual gift card rather than returning funds to the original payment method.

Personalised items are excluded from returns. Gift cards and some alternative payment methods may have specific exchange restrictions.

Online exchanges are available subject to stock availability and may be limited to an alternative size. After an exchange request is completed, the replacement order is created and a return label is provided.

The original item should be returned within the stated return window to avoid further charges.

Orders paid with gift cards or certain alternative payment methods may not be eligible for exchange. Where an exchange is unavailable, the item can be returned for a refund and a new order placed.

Sale items may be returned but are not eligible for exchange.

Billing security: The billing address should match the address held by the card issuer. A 3- or 4-digit card security code may be requested as an additional security measure.

Payment processing: Payment is processed through our secure Shopify checkout. If payment cannot be completed, the order is not placed.

Currency & tax: Prices for the UK experience are displayed in GBP (£) and are intended to include applicable sales tax where stated.

Orders may be cancelled where permitted by the order's processing status. Once an order has entered dispatch processing, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard returns process should be used after delivery.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the customer should be notified. Where applicable, the customer may be offered an alternative product or the option to cancel; cancelled unavailable orders should not be charged, or should be fully refunded if a payment has already been taken.

Pricing errors discovered before dispatch may be corrected. Where the corrected price is higher, the customer may be offered the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

This garment does not come with a separate commercial warranty. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected, including your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Customer information is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice and relevant law. Account information may be used to manage orders, addresses, order history and checkout preferences.
